speaking和speech的区别

答二者在意思和用法上大有不同。

speech的意思是演说、演讲、讲话，通常指在公共场合为群众所作的讲话，强调影响、教育或娱乐群众。

例句：Intoxication interferes with speech and coordination.醉酒会影响言语能力和协调性。

His speech became increasingly thick and nasal.他说话的声音变得越来越粗，鼻音越来越重。

而speaking的意思着重讲话这一动作本身，既可指系统的长篇讲话，又可指简单的开口发音，但不一定有人在听所说的话。

例句：Generally speaking there was no resistance to the idea一般说来，没有人会反对这个观点。
