not be的适当形式填空

be 作系动词或助动词时,其否定式都是 be not ,不能是not be。

有be动词（am,is,are）的就直接在be后面加not；

前面有助动词(比如说will),就在助动词后面加not。

例如

Very young children should not be left to play without supervision.

不能让幼儿在没人照看的情况下独自玩耍。

A good education should not be the monopoly of the rich.

良好的教育不应该成为富人的专利。

The increase will not be in excess of two per cent.

增加幅度不会超过百分之二。
