try后面的动词可以有两种接法
try+to do
努力/尽力/试图去做某事（无论结果如何），强调过程。
try+doing
尝试做某事（看看结果会如何），强调结果。
例句
We try to help whenever possible.

尽量不再想发生过的事情。
