repeat和retell有什么区别
retell的词义比较单一，重述、再讲、（用不同的方式）复述。例如：repeat a story
repeat的词义就丰富很多，除了和retell一样可以表示重说、复述以外，repeat还可以表示跟着念、照着说，例如：Repeat the following words after me. （跟着我念下面这些词。）repeat还可以表示重做，例如：repeat the mistake of.. （重蹈…覆辙）。在商务英语中，repeat表示再次供应（货物、订货），例如：We cannot repeat this order.
