蘑菇mushroom可数吗

要看其表示的具体含义了；

如果单指一种蘑菇,则是不可数名词,如We had a lot of mushroom last night。(昨晚我们吃了很多蘑菇。)；

如果指很多种蘑菇,则用法类似fruit,可以用复数形式
